OneAfrica is an indeginous company in Nigeria with the mission to foster Trade among members states in Africa and facilitation of the Africa Union agenda 2063. One Africa started in 2015. After years of empowering businesses in Nigeria, we realized Africa has one of the brightness on tap talents in the world that urgently needs transformation to boost the informal economy.

MRS. KUDIRAT TEMITOPE ANDE
President SheFarmers Initiative (SFI) Mrs. Temitope Ande’s career spans over 15 years in both Commercial and Mortgage Banking from First Bank of Nigeria and Intercontinental Homes Plc.
After a very successful career in the banking sector, she left to start a Real Estate firm known as KONKERE NIGERIA LIMITED and also EDWARD FOODS LIMITED an Agric/Food Processing outfit. With a passion for service, she became the Public Relations Officer for NACCIMA (Nigeria Association of Chambers of Commerce Industries, Mines and Agriculture) Export Group in 2018, promoting Non-Oil Export in Nigeria by creating value addition in Agro-commodities, Product Development Packaging, and Certification for international markets, Attending International Trade fairs and exhibitions to enhance global trade participation and penetration.
Following her passion for women’s advancement in business and economic development in Agric Business, she founded SheFarmers Initiative (SFI) Other positions held include; National Treasurer – ANWBN (Association of Nigerian Business Women Network). A coalition of over 63 Business Women Association in Nigeria supported by CIPE (Centre for International Private Enterprise). Founder and President She Farmers Initiative: This was established to empower and enrich African women in agric and Agro-allied business, to provide support and enabling environment for sustainable development and growth in the sector. Founder and Director: Network for African Youth Focus: This was established as a youth network in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to impact the younger generation and re-orientate them through diverse programs. Founder and Global CEO: One African.Com Limited: To foster trade among member states of the African Union through Tourism, Trade, and Investment in the wake of AFCFTA.
